A kdo va\u0159\u00ed, tak ten taky ne. Aspo\u0148 u n\u00e1s doma to plat\u00ed. P\u00e1nov\u00e9 si objednali zeleninovou pol\u00edvku. Ne\u017e jsem ji uva\u0159ila, skl\u00e1dali z kostek obr\u00e1zky. T\u0159eba toho kucha\u0159e, kter\u00fd z t\u00fdhle par\u00e1dn\u00ed pol\u00edvky ani neochutnal.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Co m\u011b po\u0159\u00e1d dokola m\u016f\u017ee bavit na zelenin\u011b? Je to pravda, spousta j\u00eddel se tady to\u010d\u00ed kolem stejn\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch surovin. J\u00e1 jsem velk\u00fd fanou\u0161ek ko\u0159enov\u00e9 zeleniny a ono je to vlastn\u011b podobn\u00fd jako s t\u011bma kostkama na obr\u00e1zku. Sta\u010d\u00ed zeleninu jinak nakr\u00e1jet a poskl\u00e1dat a hned je z toho \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd &#8222;obr\u00e1zek&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Ze v\u0161eho nejd\u0159\u00edv si p\u0159iprav\u00edm v\u0161echnu zeleninu. Oloupu cibuli a pokr\u00e1j\u00edm ji nadrobno, oloupu a nahrubo nastrouh\u00e1m mrkev i celer. U p\u00f3rku pou\u017eiju maximum, tak\u017ee se zbav\u00edm jenom ovadl\u00fdch a po\u0161kozen\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed zelen\u00fdch list\u016f. Pak ho rozkroj\u00edm na b\u00edlou a zelenou \u010d\u00e1st. Zelen\u00e9 listy rozeberu a po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b opl\u00e1chnu, aby mi v nich nez\u016fstal p\u00edsek. Rozkr\u00e1j\u00edm je zase nadrobno. B\u00edlou \u010d\u00e1st p\u00f3rku na\u0159\u00edznu pod\u00e9ln\u011b a znovu po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b propl\u00e1chnu vodou. Nakonec ho rozkr\u00e1j\u00edm na tenk\u00e1 kole\u010dka a odlo\u017e\u00edm ho stranou. Budu ho pot\u0159ebovat narozd\u00edl od kousk\u016f ze zelen\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti a\u017e na z\u00e1v\u011br.<\/p>\n<p>Rozeh\u0159eju olivov\u00fd olej v hrnci, hod\u00edm na n\u011bj cibuli a kousky zelen\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u00f3rku a op\u00e9k\u00e1m p\u0159i st\u0159edn\u00ed teplot\u011b asi 5 minut. Pak p\u0159id\u00e1m zbytek nastrouhan\u00e9 zeleniny, teda celer a mrkev. Op\u00e9k\u00e1m v\u0161echno dal\u0161\u00edch 10 minut a potom p\u0159id\u00e1m bobkov\u00e9 listy a nov\u00e9 ko\u0159en\u00ed. J\u00e1 m\u00e1m rad\u0161i aromati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, tak\u017ee d\u00e1v\u00e1m ko\u0159en\u00ed klidn\u011b i v\u00edc. Te\u010f shrnu zeleninu na jednu stranu hrnce a na \u010dist\u00e9m dnu za\u010dnu op\u00e9kat rajsk\u00fd protlak. Sta\u010d\u00ed dv\u011b a\u017e t\u0159i minuty a u\u017e prom\u00edch\u00e1m v\u0161echno dohromady. Kdy\u017e se protlak ke dnu hrnce p\u0159ichyt\u00e1v\u00e1, sta\u010d\u00ed do n\u011bj k\u00e1pnout olivov\u00fd olej. P\u0159iliju v\u00fdvar a va\u0159\u00edm p\u0159i st\u0159edn\u00ed a\u017e m\u00edrn\u00e9 teplot\u011b 15 a\u017e 20 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Ne\u017e se uva\u0159\u00ed pol\u00e9vka, p\u0159iprav\u00edm si \u0159ap\u00edkat\u00fd celer na ozdobu. O\u010dist\u00edm ho, zbav\u00edm ho vl\u00e1ken (pokud m\u00e1m v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0159ap\u00edky) a nakr\u00e1j\u00edm na mal\u00e9 prou\u017eky. Pak je op\u00e9k\u00e1m na olivov\u00e9m oleji p\u0159i st\u0159edn\u00ed teplot\u011b dokud se nerozvon\u00ed. Nem\u011bly by \u00fapln\u011b zm\u011bknout, mus\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1d k\u0159upat. Bude to tak 5 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Do pol\u00e9vky p\u0159id\u00e1m nakonec je\u0161t\u011b kole\u010dka z b\u00edl\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u00f3rku a st\u00e1hnu teplotu u\u017e jen na velmi m\u00edrnou a nech\u00e1m na plot\u00fdnce u\u017e jen posledn\u00edch 5 minut. Dochut\u00edm sol\u00ed, pep\u0159em, vylov\u00edm bobkov\u00fd list a kuli\u010dky nov\u00e9ho ko\u0159en\u00ed. Pol\u00edvka je hodn\u011b hust\u00e1, tak\u017ee tady je je\u0161t\u011b ide\u00e1ln\u00ed chv\u00edle na \u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed do takov\u00e9 hustoty, kter\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e9mu vyhovuje. V t\u00e9 na\u0161\u00ed stoj\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b l\u017e\u00edce. Tak u\u017e rychle je\u0161t\u011b horkou na tal\u00ed\u0159 a navrch nasypu ope\u010den\u00fd \u0159ap\u00edkat\u00fd celer.
