Jde to a je to hra\u010dka! Mnohem snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e zabavit na\u0161eho \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9ho p\u011btilet\u00e9ho syna.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Naprosto dokonal\u00fd recept na dom\u00e1c\u00ed toastov\u00fd chleba, kter\u00fd jsem objevila na jednom z m\u00fdch obl\u00edben\u00fdch \u010desk\u00fdch foodblog\u016f <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kublanka.cz\/index\/toast_chleb\">www.kublanka.cz<\/a>. A hledala jsem hodn\u011b dlouho a skoro v\u0161ude po sv\u011bt\u011b. Na\u0161la jsem nekone\u010dn\u011b recept\u016f na toastov\u00fd chleba, ale v\u011bt\u0161inou jsou pekeln\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9 nebo jsou v nich tuny cukru.<\/p>\n<p>Oproti p\u016fvodn\u00edmu receptu jsem nahradila jen polovinu p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 hladk\u00e9 mouky moukou \u0161paldovou celozrnnou. Jinak jsem nechala v\u0161echno tak. T\u011bsto se \u0161paldovou moukou je jen trochu v\u00edc lepiv\u00e9, ne\u017e kdy\u017e se pou\u017eije jenom hladk\u00e1 p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e1 mouka, ale pracuje se s n\u00edm i tak velmi dob\u0159e. Kdy\u017e si vzpomenu na zad\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bsta na brio\u0161ky, tak tohle je v\u00e1\u017en\u011b proch\u00e1zka r\u016f\u017eov\u00fdm sadem.<\/p>\n<p>Nejprve v\u00e1\u017e\u00edm \u0161paldovou a p\u0161eni\u010dnou mouku. Ve velk\u00e9 m\u00edse sm\u00edch\u00e1m ob\u011b mouky a s\u016fl. P\u0159id\u00e1m je\u0161t\u011b zm\u011bkl\u00e9 m\u00e1slo. Te\u010f &nbsp;svi\u017en\u011b&nbsp;pracuju prsty s moukou a m\u00e1slem tak, jako bych d\u011blala drobenku. Jde hlavn\u011b o to, aby v mouce nez\u016fstaly velk\u00e9 kusy m\u00e1sla.<\/p>\n<p>V men\u0161\u00ed misce rozm\u00edch\u00e1m \u010derstv\u00e9 dro\u017ed\u00ed a vla\u017enou vodu. Vliju dro\u017ed\u00ed s vodou do v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsy s moukou, sol\u00ed a m\u00e1slem. Nejprve v\u0161echno v m\u00ed\u0161e va\u0159e\u010dkou propoj\u00edm. Pak si vysypu t\u011bsto na pracovn\u00ed desku. Sta\u010d\u00ed ji opravdu lehounce pomou\u010dnit. Vypracuju hladk\u00e9 t\u011bsto. Dokonce se toho n\u011bkdy ujme i Oliver. Jde to opravdu rychle, nepot\u0159eboval na to ani 5 minut.<\/p>\n<p>T\u011bsto vr\u00e1t\u00edm zp\u00e1tky do m\u00edsy a p\u0159ekryju ho potravin\u00e1\u0159skou f\u00f3li\u00ed a nech\u00e1m kynout. Te\u010f zalov\u00edm ve sk\u0159\u00edni a p\u0159iprav\u00edm si formu na chleb\u00ed\u010dek o velikosti 30x11x7 cm a vyma\u017eu ji m\u00e1slem.<\/p>\n<p>Te\u010f je to klasika, proto\u017ee \u010dek\u00e1m, a\u017e t\u011bsto zdvojn\u00e1sob\u00ed sv\u016fj objem, vyklop\u00edm ho opatrn\u011b zase na pracovn\u00ed desku. Rozkroj\u00edm ho na dv\u011b stejn\u011b velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti. Ka\u017edou \u010d\u00e1st vyv\u00e1l\u00edm do obd\u00e9ln\u00edku (pom\u011b\u0159uju si formu p\u0159i vyvalov\u00e1n\u00ed, aby del\u0161\u00ed strana obd\u00e9ln\u00edku t\u011bsta byla stejn\u011b dlouh\u00e1 jako del\u0161\u00ed strana formy), kter\u00fd pak sroluju do ruli\u010dky, tak aby ruli\u010dka zaplnila polovinu chleb\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e9 formy podlouhle. Spoj na ruli\u010dce mus\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edt na spodek formy. Druhou ruli\u010dkou zapln\u00edm zbyl\u00e9 m\u00edsto ve form\u011b. Znovu p\u0159ekryju potravin\u00e1\u0159skou f\u00f3li\u00ed a nech\u00e1m kynout.<\/p>\n<p>Tak te\u010f u\u017e zase t\u011bsto ve form\u011b zdvojn\u00e1sobilo sv\u016fj objem. P\u0159edeh\u0159eju troubu na 230 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia. Pot\u0159u je\u0161t\u011b chleba roz\u0161lehan\u00fdm cel\u00fdm vejcem. \u0160oupnu chleba do trouby a pe\u010du ho 15 minut na 230 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia. A\u010dkoli jsem poprv\u00e9 dost\u00e1vala u trouby infarkt, \u017ee k\u016frka zvrchu tmavne moc rychle, udr\u017eela jsem nervy na uzd\u011b a nesna\u017eila jsem se chleba zachra\u0148ovat. V\u0161echno dopadlo dob\u0159e. Po prvn\u00edch 15-ti minut\u00e1ch st\u00e1hnu teplotu na 200 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia a pe\u010du dal\u0161\u00edch 20 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e chleba vynd\u00e1m, vyklepnu ho z formy hned na m\u0159\u00ed\u017eku. Te\u010f ho hypnotizujeme v\u0161ichni pohledem, aby co nejrychleji vychladnul.
