Tahle discipl\u00edna n\u00e1s s Ir\u010dou natolik pohltila, \u017ee bysme snad rad\u0161i pekly chleba i m\u00edsto v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edho cukrov\u00ed. Ale V\u00e1noce bez cukrov\u00ed? To by ne\u0161lo. A proto\u017ee budu m\u00edt za chv\u00edli v troub\u011b (zase!) chleba, tak p\u0159iprav\u00edm vos\u00ed hn\u00edzda &#8211; nepe\u010den\u00e9 v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed cukrov\u00ed.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nepe\u010den\u00e9 v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00ed cukrov\u00ed je pro m\u011b skv\u011bl\u00fdm dopl\u0148kem ke klasick\u00e9mu pe\u010den\u00e9mu cukrov\u00ed. \u010clov\u011bk k tomu nepot\u0159ebuje troubu a d\u00e1 se ud\u011blat t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 kdekoliv. U n\u00e1s boduj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b vos\u00ed hn\u00edzda a V\u00e1noce bez nich si neum\u00ed p\u0159edstavit hlavn\u011b m\u016fj Tom, ten by to asi nep\u0159e\u017eil. Mn\u011b vos\u00ed hn\u00edzda bav\u00ed a i kdy\u017e d\u00e1v\u00e1m p\u0159ednost sp\u00ed\u0161 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tasteactually.com\/blog\/recipe\/vanilkove-rohlicky\/\">vanilkov\u00fdm rohl\u00ed\u010dk\u016fm<\/a> a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tasteactually.com\/blog\/recipe\/linecke-cukrovi-podruhe\/\">lineck\u00e9mu<\/a>, r\u00e1da je p\u0159ipravuju a r\u00e1da sleduju Toma, jak si na nich pochutn\u00e1v\u00e1 a p\u0159itom m\u011b chv\u00e1l\u00ed. :)<\/p>\n<p>Recept m\u00e1m od m\u00e1my, kter\u00e1 ho m\u00e1 od tety, a j\u00e1 ho te\u010f p\u0159ed\u00e1m v\u00e1m. Je dost mo\u017en\u00fd, \u017ee vos\u00ed hn\u00edzda d\u011bl\u00e1te podobn\u011b nebo naopak jinak. Ono je t\u011bch recept\u016f cel\u00e1 \u0159ada, n\u011bkdy se jmenuj\u00ed i v\u010del\u00ed \u00faly. Tady je ten m\u016fj.<\/p>\n<p>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 je formi\u010dka &#8211; j\u00e1 m\u00e1m tu \u00fapln\u011b jednoduchou \u017elutou, kter\u00e1 je vid\u011bt na fotce.<\/p>\n<p>T\u011aSTO<\/p>\n<p>V den, kdy se rozhodnu pustit se do p\u0159\u00edpravy, hod\u00edm m\u00e1slo na linku, aby zm\u011bklo. Na p\u0159\u00edpravu t\u011bsta posta\u010d\u00ed jedna v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed m\u00edsa, ve kter\u00e9 nejprve ut\u0159u va\u0159e\u010dkou m\u00e1slo s cukrem. P\u0159id\u00e1m strouhan\u00fd pi\u0161kot, namlet\u00e9 o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky, ml\u00e9ko, rum a kakao. Pak u\u017e sta\u010d\u00ed moje ruce, kter\u00fdmi za\u010dnu v m\u00edse suroviny propojovat. Zprvu se to trochu drol\u00ed, ale po chv\u00edli to jde, rukama t\u011bsto hezky hn\u011btu a\u017e do vl\u00e1\u010dn\u00e9 a kompaktn\u00ed konzistence. Pokud se t\u011bstu p\u0159eci jen nechce a trochu se drol\u00ed, tak p\u0159id\u00e1m trochu ml\u00e9ka. Ale opatrn\u011b. :) &#8222;Kouli&#8220; t\u011bsta zabal\u00edm do potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 f\u00f3lie a d\u00e1m alespo\u0148 na hodinku odopo\u010dinout do ledni\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00c1PL\u0147<\/p>\n<p>Zat\u00edmco t\u011bsto odpo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1, tak si p\u0159iprav\u00edm n\u00e1pl\u0148. Ta je taky super jednoduch\u00e1. V men\u0161\u00ed misce ut\u0159u zm\u011bkl\u00e9 m\u00e1slo s cukrem a \u017eloutkem. Nakonec p\u0159id\u00e1m rum dle chuti &#8211; m\u011bl by b\u00fdt c\u00edtit &#8211; a vy\u0161leh\u00e1m v\u0161e metlou nebo va\u0159e\u010dkou do vl\u00e1\u010dn\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu. N\u00e1pl\u0148 p\u0159end\u00e1m do cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho pytl\u00edku. Pokud nem\u00e1m pytl\u00edk, tak pou\u017eiju igelitov\u00fd s t\u00edm, \u017ee ust\u0159ihnu jednu \u0161pi\u010dku, kudy pak p\u016fjde n\u00e1pl\u0148 ven.<\/p>\n<p>POSTUP<\/p>\n<p>Na st\u016fl si p\u0159iprav\u00edm hotov\u00e9 t\u011bsto, n\u00e1pl\u0148 v pytl\u00edku, formi\u010dku, pi\u0161koty, misku s cukrem mou\u010dkou a va\u0159e\u010dku.<\/p>\n<p>Formi\u010dkou &#8222;naberu&#8220; z misky cukr mou\u010dku a zase ho vysypu &#8211; cukr mou\u010dka z\u016fstane hezky na st\u011bn\u00e1ch formi\u010dky a zajist\u00ed tak bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00e9 vypro\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bsta. Z koule t\u011bsta si &#8222;odloupnu&#8220; kousek a v ruce ho trochu proma\u010dk\u00e1m a vytvo\u0159\u00edm si takov\u00fd v\u00e1le\u010dek, z kter\u00e9ho udloubnu men\u0161\u00ed kousek, ker\u00fd nacpu do formi\u010dky. \u00a0Mno\u017estv\u00ed je t\u0159eba si vyzkou\u0161et na prvn\u00edm kusu. T\u011bsto by m\u011blo b\u00fdt lehce pod hranu formi\u010dky. N\u00e1sledn\u011b vezmu va\u0159e\u010dku a jej\u00edm koncem ud\u011bl\u00e1m do t\u011bsta d\u00edru. Kdy\u017e va\u0159e\u010dku vyt\u00e1hnu, v\u011bt\u0161inou mi zrovna vyjede i samotn\u00e9 hn\u00edzdo z formi\u010dky. Pokud ne, tak pak napl\u0148\u011bnou formi\u010dkou bouchnu o st\u016fl a hn\u00edzdo vypadne. Vzniklou d\u00edru po va\u0159e\u010dce napln\u00edm kr\u00e9mem. Toho d\u00e1m klidn\u011b trochu v\u00edc, proto\u017ee na n\u011bj v z\u00e1v\u011bru &#8222;nalep\u00edm&#8220; pi\u0161kot. Tohle je cesta p\u0159\u00edpravy jednoho vos\u00edho hn\u00edzda.<\/p>\n<p>Pro efektivitu postupuju tak, \u017ee si nejprve ud\u011bl\u00e1m v\u0161echna hn\u00edzda a n\u00e1sledn\u011b je postupn\u011b pln\u00edm kr\u00e9mem a p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m napln\u011bn\u00ed rovnou nalep\u00edm pi\u0161kot. Sta\u010d\u00ed trocha cviku a je to raz dva. :)<\/p>\n<p>Hotov\u00e1 vos\u00ed hn\u00edzda d\u00e1v\u00e1m do krabice a pak do chladu. Vydr\u017e\u00ed dlouho (i kdy\u017e ne u n\u00e1s :)) a chutnaj\u00ed po kakau, o\u0159\u00ed\u0161c\u00edch, m\u00e1sle a rumu. <div id=\"recipe\"><\/div><div id=\"wprm-recipe-container-3041\"
