M\u00e1m r\u00e1da tu pohodu, hezk\u00e9 prost\u0159en\u00ed stolu, tepl\u00e9 k\u0159upav\u00e9 toasty, na nich\u017e pomalu taje m\u00e1slo, v\u016fni m\u00edchan\u00fdch vajec, slaniny, nasekan\u00e9 pa\u017eitky a taky \u010derstv\u011b namlet\u00e9 k\u00e1vy.<\/p>\n<p>Jo, o v\u00edkendu d\u011bl\u00e1m French press, proto\u017ee mi chutn\u00e1 a proto\u017ee jeho p\u0159\u00edprava je takov\u00fd mal\u00fd kr\u00e1sn\u00fd\u00a0 ritu\u00e1l. Nem\u00e1m zat\u00edm konvici s mo\u017enost\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed teploty, tak\u017ee vodu uva\u0159\u00edm a pak minutu po\u010dk\u00e1m, ne\u017e s n\u00ed k\u00e1vu zaliju. No, pak u\u017e pot\u0159ebuju jen stopky na m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed \u010dasu, d\u0159ev\u011bnou \u0161pachtli na m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed (pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m opa\u010dn\u00fd konec va\u0159e\u010dky:)) a v\u00e1hu na odv\u00e1\u017een\u00ed k\u00e1vy a vody. Obecn\u00e9 pravidlo pom\u011bru k\u00e1vy a vody je 60 gram\u016f k\u00e1vy na 1 litr vody.<\/p>\n<p>Postupuju takto\u2026 Odv\u00e1\u017e\u00edm si k\u00e1vu, namelu ji, konvi\u010dku vypl\u00e1chnu horkou vodou, postav\u00edm ji na v\u00e1hu, v\u00e1hu vynuluju, nasypu namletou k\u00e1vu, vynuluju, v tuto chv\u00edi pou\u0161t\u00edm stopky a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m zal\u00edvat k\u00e1vu do gram\u00e1\u017ee, kter\u00e1 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 pom\u011bru, kter\u00fd jsem si zvolila. Prom\u00edch\u00e1m d\u0159ev\u011bnou \u0161pachtl\u00ed nebo koncem va\u0159e\u010dky, nasad\u00edm v\u00ed\u010dko (nestla\u010duju) a louhuju 3 minuty, znovu prom\u00edch\u00e1m, seberu z povrchu p\u011bnu, kter\u00e1 se vytvo\u0159ila, op\u011bt nasad\u00edm v\u00ed\u010dko a na 4. minut\u011b pomalu stla\u010d\u00edm.
